Our Story

SEITZ SOLUTIONS was founded in 2005 by Dan Seitz to provide Computer Networking Solutions and excellent customer care for businesses. He often says that the computer problem isn’t fixed until the customer is fixed, too. Dan’s vision was to provide excellent customer satisfaction.

Today SEITZ SOLUTIONS has developed into a team of support professionals who do whatever is necessary to provide excellent computer networking services to customers across North Central Ohio.

Dan is the Owner and Network Solutions Administrator at Seitz Solutions. In 2005, Dan founded Seitz Solutions in response to the increasing need for Quality Computer Network IT sales, support, and ongoing customer service. Since then, Dan continues to strive for service excellence, directing the Crestline and Portsmouth staff to meet or exceed Partners’ expectations.

Dan’s interest in computers began in High School when TRS-80s were new, prompting further education and obtaining an Associate in Electronics. His interest in computers was rekindled while working for The Kissinger Company in Mansfield, Ohio, as the Service Manager and through self-study, Dan obtained his first Microsoft Certification in 1997, and he completed his MCSE and MCT certifications in 1999.

Husband of 1, Father of 4, Grampy to 2 granddaughters, Dan loves to farm in his sparse spare time.

Jennifer Seitz
Jennifer SeitzSolutions Service Coordinator
Jennifer is the Solutions Coordinator, helping to streamline the process of assigning technicians to service calls. She also helps with managing the process of projects, from purchasing to installation, to ensure great customer service and timely completion.
Jennifer attended Lake Superior State University, graduating with a BS in Nursing the year that the Lakers won the NCAA National Hockey Championship. While raising their four children, Jennifer worked in various hospital and homecare settings, including Emergency Nursing. Most recently, she left a well-loved job as a Case Management Services Supervisor to take on the new challenge of Solutions Coordinator, relying on her organizational and customer service skills.
Wife of 1, Mother of 4 (Julia is her favorite), Grammy of 2 granddaughters and 4 grandpups. You’ll find her gardening, reading, or in the barn with Dan Seitz, in her spare time.
Julia Sherman
Julia ShermanBusiness Manager
Julia has been the Business Manager for Seitz Solutions since 2019, managing and coordinating the financial and human resources aspects of the business. Always professional and courteous, Julia has brought organization and a sense of calm to the owner, Dan Seitz, her father.
Julia graduated from Ontario Local Schools and then continued her education at Ross Medical Education Center, earning a diploma in Medical Assisting. While being stationed in Virginia with her Navy husband, Taylor, Julia worked in the medical field for 3 years until they returned to Ohio.
Together, they now live in Rossford, Ohio, with their two daughters, Felicity and Alexa, and two pups Gabe and Angel. Her hobbies include crocheting blankets for baby showers and gardening. Julia and her family visit Grammy and Grampy and the rest of their family as often as possible.
Michael Cole

Michael has an Associate’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from North Central State College and has worked in the IT field in various roles such as technical, sales, and management for over 18 years. Michael is the father of 4, grandfather of 11 and is happily married to his wife of 33 years, Eva. He enjoys spending time with family and is very active in his church community.
